Successful cooperation between parents, joint carers and nursery is important because it also has an effect on your child's development. This is why we encourage a culture of cooperation, continuous exchange between parents, joint settings and nursery.
The nursery team work with parents as partners in providing quality care for their children. We provide daily handovers at the beginning and end of each day, as well as regular parents evenings to discuss development. Regular newsletters keep you informed of any changes and upcoming events, Whilst the parents notice boards are kept up to date with examples of activities and observations of the children.
Where children attend another Early Years setting such as Childminder or Pre-School we aim to liaise and work together, enabling us to link children's development and enhance the learning outcomes for each child.
We invite parents and shared carers to contribute to children's development records to enable a 'whole picture' to be made of each child's development.
