Our Team

Our qualified staff levels exceed the requirements of The Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (DfE, 2017).

All Key Workers are qualified to a minimum of level 3 in a recognised Early Years Qualification with a number of staff holding a level 4, 5 or 6 qualification.

All staff hold certificates in Peadiatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding which are updated every three years. They also attend regular training events and seminars to update their skills and knowledge, enabling them to bring new ideas and proposals to their daily pracitice.
